Output: 4 Meters per Minute. You can make 4 Meters of weft for 1 minute ( 60 seconds).
1. PRICE OF WEFTING SYSTEM-SM1(CW432-2H) : US$6,000.00/PC FOB/ Seoul, Korea
<> EXTRA CHARGES * There are extra charges for PACKING, totally us$300.00/set(system) covering Vacuum Packing & Wooden case packing, etcin case you take by SeaCargo; or us$200.00/set covering Wooden Case Packing, etc in case you take by Air cargo. * There are another extra handling charges, totally us$300.00 per shipment regardless of quantity covering Inland-truckage from Seoul city to Seaport (or Air port), other charges charged by shipping (forwarding) company.
2. CLASS FEE : US$4,000.00 (Training Period: 4 days, 5 hours/day)
3. It is our rule that we ( 2 or 3 trainers) train ONLY ONE person (trainee), NOT TWO to accomplish the training with more concentration for a short time, 4 days, not many weeks, or not many months.
IF A TRAINEE IS SLOW IN LEARNING, WE GIVE THE TRAINING MORE THAN 5 HOURS, 6 ~ 8 HOURS A DAY KEEPING THE CLASS PERIOD (DURATION).
4. IF A TRAINEE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MORE PRACTICE, WE CHARGE US$1,000.00 PER ADDITIONAL CLASS DAY.

= Same as CW433-3H(3 Head Wefting Machine) with the exception it does not have the 3rd sewing head and the 2nd weft folding device (which is placed between the 2nd sewing head and the 3rd sewing head of CW433-3H).

= Easy to operate or produce wefts because 2 sewnig heads and 6 sewing heads are running at a time.
( In case of CW433-3H, 3 sewing heads and 8 sewing threads are running at a time.)

= Meanwhile, the weft produced with this model ( 2 sewing heads, 2 times of sewing ) may need another sewing
for re-enforcement to keep hairs not shedded out, or for making stitched part (area) fine or thin.
For these effect, you can use the sewing machine, CW431-MLT together with this system-SM1, which we call "System-SM2".
